He is adept at representing clients in state and federal court proceedings, including mediation, arbitration, and trials. His experience includes resolving issues related to breach of contract, fraud, intellectual property disputes, and employment law matters. Additionally, he is proficient in developing strategic litigation plans tailored to the unique needs of each client. With strong negotiation skills and a commitment to achieving favorable outcomes, Mr. Nolfo is well-equipped to protect his clients’ interests while minimizing potential liabilities, ultimately fostering long-term business success.
In addition, Mr. Nolfo possesses in-depth expertise in drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, and managing risk assessments for various business transactions. Mr. Nolfo has been named to the San Diego Super Lawyers, Rising Stars list, for 2025 – 2026.
Mr. Nolfo earned an LL.M. in Comparative Law from the University of San Diego School of Law and holds both a Master of Law and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Fribourg in Switzerland. Fluent in English, French, Italian, and German, with a working knowledge of Spanish, Alessandro leverages the expertise gained from his legal education and practice in both Switzerland and the United States to provide comprehensive and effective solutions for complex legal challenges. His multicultural background and multilingual abilities enable him to navigate cross-border disputes with ease, ensuring that clients receive tailored representation that addresses both domestic and international legal considerations.
Mr. Nolfo serves on the Board of Directors for the Transatlantic Venture Association, Southern California’s first nonprofit accelerator dedicated to helping Swiss and European technology companies enter and scale in the U.S. market. He is also an active member of The Louis M. Welsh Inn of Court.
