SAN DIEGO (November 13, 2025): Higgs Fletcher & Mack (HFM) is proud to welcome attorney Alessandro Nolfo to the firm’s business litigation practice, effective October 16, 2025.

Mr. Nolfo’s practice includes representing clients in complex business and franchise disputes. Mr. Nolfo’s extensive experience in business litigation encompasses a wide array of essential skills for effectively navigating the complexities of corporate and franchise disputes. He is adept at representing clients in state and federal court proceedings, including mediation, arbitration, and trials. His experience includes resolving issues related to breach of contract, fraud, intellectual property disputes, and employment law matters. In addition, Mr. Nolfo possesses in-depth expertise in drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, and managing risk assessments for various business transactions.

Nolfo serves on the Board of Directors for Transatlantic Venture Association, Southern California’s first nonprofit accelerator dedicated to helping Swiss and European technology companies successfully enter and scale in the U.S. market. He is also an active member of The Louis M. Welsh Inn of Court.

He earned an L.L.M. degree in Comparative Law from the University of San Diego School of Law and earned both a Master of Law and a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Fribourg in Switzerland. He is fluent in English, French, Italian, and German.
